the • VITRUVIAN VAN

I live on top of mountains. 🏔 I live in ancient forests 🌲 and in great canyons 🏜. I live along the coast 🌊 and deep in the desert 🌵. I live here and everywhere 🌄, an explorer and a hermit all at once. 🚐 . #utahtravels #utahunique #lifeelevated

THe Most Ecological Adventure Van… IS FOR SALE!!

The “Vitruvian Van” is the first entirely eco-friendly van. It was scratch-built by artist and EcoVan.org founder Christopher Ives inside the shell of a GMC Savana 1500 AWD cargo van. This off-road adventure vehicle is the product of well over 1,000 hours of sustainable building research and advanced ecological design, and was hand-crafted only from natural, non-toxic, durable materials.

Every aspect of this van has been painstakingly-curated in consideration of its ecological footprint. Learn more about the build process, the clever space-maximizing and energy-minimizing designs, and the natural materials and finishes that together make this the most eco-friendly camper van ever.

Here at EcoVan.org we’re not suggesting that every van needs to be this eco-friendly. But if you wanted to dive deep, it might look like this.
